General information about types of business funding and about the introductions we make. It is written to help you work out who you should be talking to.

3. What the content is not

It is not a recommendation, it is not tailored to your circumstances, and it is not an offer of finance. Nothing on this site should be relied on as a reason to enter into, or not enter into, any transaction. Whether a particular kind of funding suits your business is a question for the broker or finance provider you are introduced to, working from your actual position.

Descriptions of funding types on this site describe what lenders and brokers do, not what we do. Reads Commercial Finance is an introducer, as set out in our terms of business.

4. Accuracy

We take care to keep this site accurate and current, but funding markets move and firms change what they do. We do not warrant that everything here is complete or up to date at the moment you read it, and we may change any of it without notice.

5. Links to other sites

We link to the websites of lenders and brokers, and to published sources. We do not control those sites and are not responsible for their content, their accuracy or their availability. A link is not an endorsement of everything on the far side of it.
