Because you are not buying through a company, we will not be making an introduction. We will point you to an authorised firm to speak to directly, and you take it from there.

Before you send it
The person you are introduced to does the assessing, the advising and the arranging. Reads works out who that person should be, which is the part that decides what you get.
Nothing you tell us goes anywhere except to the broker we introduce you to, and only once you have ticked the consent box.
Who you will hear from
It depends on what you are buying and what sector it is in, because that is what decides who is worth asking. Funding for a professional practice goes to people who have funded practice purchases before. Asset finance and general business lending, property and development lending, and larger facilities each go somewhere different, for the same reason.
